We're becoming part of The Marek Group, a nationally recognized, family-owned, high-tech commercial printing firm based in Wisconsin. They were looking for a sales and marketing arm to take their client solutions a little more upstream. We'll serve as a wholly-owned subsidiary continuing to operate as Brandspring, serving our clients business as usual, while expanding our creative services to their clients. It's a good fit- good for them, good for us. Together we'll expand our market presence and provide a greater breadth of services to benefit clients across the board.
